Clinics & Private Healthcare

Appointments booked. Reminders that work. No-shows recovered.

Your front desk for the calls nobody has time for — booking, reminders, prep instructions, rescheduling — with the privacy your patients expect.

Booking, the way your software wants it

Integrates with the clinic management system you already use. Pulls real availability per practitioner.

Reminders that recover slots

Outbound 24h confirmations. When a patient cancels, the agent calls the waitlist before the slot cools.

Prep instructions on demand

Fasting before an MRI? Bring documents? The agent answers correctly, grounded in your own knowledge base.

Privacy-first

PII redaction in non-session logs. Recordings retained per your retention policy. EU-hosted. No medical advice by design.

What the pack does today

01

Book an appointment

Specialty or service, preferred practitioner, date and time, patient name and phone — confirmed and written into your calendar or booking system.

02

Reschedule or cancel

Verifies identity against the original slot before any change is committed.

03

Prep instructions & clinic info

Fasting, what to bring, hours, address — answered only from your knowledge base. Never invented.

04

Hand off to reception

Clinical questions, emergencies (with emergency-services guidance), billing disputes — clean transfer with context.

Goals the agent measures against

Goal 01

Book a clinic appointment

Success = schedule_meeting or book_reservation with valid specialty, time, name and phone. Hard ban on medical advice.

Goal 02

Manage an existing appointment

Reschedule or cancel only after identity check. Reads the new plan back before committing.

Plugins it talks to

Optional

Calendar / Booking

Real slots per practitioner. Without it the agent captures a structured request for reception to confirm.

SMS / Email

Appointment confirmations and prep reminders.

Telephony

Warm transfer to reception or a nurse line.

CRM

Patient/lead write-back when your PMS is not directly connected.

Clinic managers ask us.

Can the agent book straight into our clinic system?

With a Calendar/Booking plugin connected it reads real availability per practitioner and writes the appointment back. Without one, it captures a structured request — specialty, practitioner, preferred time, patient name and phone — for reception to confirm.

Will it ever give medical advice?

No — clinical advice is banned by design. The agent books, reschedules, and answers prep and clinic questions from your knowledge base. Symptom questions and anything clinical are handed to a human, never answered.

What does it do with an emergency call?

It recognises urgency, reads out the emergency-services guidance you configure (for example "call 911 or 112 now"), and hands off to reception or a nurse line with the full context. It never triages or diagnoses.

Is patient data handled safely?

Calls are EU-hosted, personal data is redacted from non-session logs, and recordings are kept only for the retention window you set. You decide what the agent may store and for how long.

How does it actually cut no-shows?

It makes the outbound 24-hour confirmation calls your front desk never has time for, and when a patient cancels it calls the waitlist while the slot is still warm. Every outcome is written back so reception sees who confirmed.

Does it verify the patient before changing a booking?

Yes. Reschedules and cancellations only commit after the agent checks identity against the original appointment, then reads the new plan back before saving it.

How long until it is answering calls?

A single clinic typically goes live within a working day: you describe your services, practitioners and hours, run a week-long test pilot, then point your number at it.

Stop missing calls. Stop chasing leads. Start shipping.

White-glove onboarding. 30-day pilot. Cancel anytime.
