The thesis in one paragraph.

Two trillion business calls happen every year. Most are routine — restaurant bookings, qualifying an inbound lead, confirming a hairdresser appointment. They are handled today by underpaid front-desk staff, IVR menus from 2008, or simply go to voicemail. Realtime LLMs collapsed the latency that made voice agents unshippable in 2023. The 2026 question is no longer "can the AI talk" — it is "who owns the operating layer above the model." Newo answered it badly. We answer it like Stripe answered payments: a typed, multi-tenant, debuggable platform with an open plugin SPI.

Our wedge is the stack above the model: industry packs, calibrated scenarios, a step debugger, a typed plugin SPI. The model is becoming a commodity. The multi-tenant, observable, plugin-rich platform around it is not.

Why this is defensible.

Industry packs are real IP

Each pack carries hundreds of conversation-tested decisions: which slots to gather first, how to handle interruptions, when to escalate. That work compounds across customers and cannot be prompted into existence by a generic chatbot framework.

Open Plugin SPI

Closed competitors capture margin through partner middlemen. We do the opposite — a typed Plugin SPI lets anyone write an integration in an afternoon. We will be the platform partners build on, not the one they fight with.

Latency is the moat, not a bullet point

A hard 800ms p95 from end-of-speech to first audio is a system-design decision, not a marketing claim. Every architectural choice — LiveKit hot path, NestJS service split, repository-pattern data access — defends that number.

EU-hosted, Wyoming-billed

We are structured for the half of the market US-only competitors cannot legally serve at scale. Recordings stay in the EU, DPAs are signed, invoices come from a US LLC — exactly the structure customers ask for.

Who is building it.

Aitelier is founded by operators who already shipped voice agents on every major platform on the market and decided to stop putting band-aids on closed alternatives. The founding team has run inbound call automation through real revenue, integrated with restaurant booking systems and CRMs in production, and bills customers from a Wyoming LLC that already handles real payments today.

The round.

We are raising €500K–€1M as a seed (SAFE or priced — open to both). The capital converts validated pilots into paying revenue and unlocks three more industry packs. Lead-friendly terms, fast diligence, references to operators who pay us today.
