The rate card.

Every completed call resolves to exactly one of three outcomes. You pick the agent tier per scenario — the tier scales both the provider stack we run and the price you pay.

What counts as which outcome.

Success

The agent reached the goal you configured — booked the table, qualified the lead, scheduled the visit. Success means the tool the goal points at was called with valid slots.

Real conversation

A genuine exchange happened — duration ≥ 30 seconds or three or more user turns — but no goal landed. You still get the full transcript, the analytics, and the structured slots the agent captured.

Spam / silent

Sub-30-second drops, no user input, or flagged by the spam heuristic. Charged at the lowest tier rate — your wallet does not bleed on robocalls or wrong numbers.

Knowledge crawls

When the platform indexes a customer website for the agent's knowledge base, crawls over 100 pages are billed at $1.00 per crawler-hour, flat across tiers. Small crawls are free.

Text chat

Web-widget and SMS conversations meter input + output tokens — $0.50 per million input tokens, $1.50 per million output. Aggregated and charged hourly per project, not per turn.

Inbound telephony

PSTN DIDs and inbound minutes are reconciled monthly at our Twilio cost. Outbound minutes on expensive routes (EU outbound, RU outbound) carry a per-route surcharge quoted per project.

Top-up

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe. Preset $50 / $200 / $500 buttons plus custom amount. The wallet is your balance — no plan, no commitment.

Auto top-up

Optional. Pick a low-balance trigger and a top-up amount; the platform charges your saved card off-session when calls would otherwise be blocked.

Postpay

Available on request for teams that prefer monthly invoicing — net-30 with a credit limit, paid by Stripe Invoice from our Wyoming LLC.

Frequently asked.

Is there a monthly minimum?
No. You pay only for the calls, crawls, and chat windows you actually run. The wallet has no expiry.
What is the worst case for one 5-minute call?
On Standard tier with no overage opted in, it is $2.40 flat — whether the agent spoke for 30 seconds or 5 minutes. With overage enabled and a 30-minute cap, it is $2.40 + 25 × $0.50 = $14.90.
What if I cancel?
Anytime. Unused wallet balance is refundable for 6 months after the last activity — no "use it or lose it" timer.
Can I negotiate the rate card?
Yes. Volume customers and integrators running multi-tenant deployments get a tenant-specific rate card, set per agreement.
Where is my data stored?
Sessions, recordings, transcripts and crawler outputs live in EU data centres (Hetzner Germany and Finland). Invoices come from our Wyoming LLC; data does not.
Does the agent get paid for taking spam?
Effectively no. The spam outcome charges $0.15–$0.60 — enough to cover the inference cost, not enough to incentivise anything weird.
Are crawler hours unpredictable?
No. We tell you the page budget before the crawl runs; you can cap it. Re-crawls are incremental — typically minutes, not hours.
